Privacy using our Online Services

By using the Armalon website and online services, you accept that on occasion data may be collected. This is in two forms:

1. Website Analytics data
We collect this so we can see the total number of people who are making use of our website and how they interact with the website. Any specific interaction information is linked to a cookie containing a randomly generated user ID stored in your web browser and is retained for up to 14 months from your last visit to the website.

It is impossible for us to identify you personally from this user ID as no other information about you will ever be stored with this.

2. Contact Data
The website provides you the possibility to contact us with your enquiries. So we are able to respond to this, we need to know who you are and how to contact you in the form of an email address. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to allow our team to contact you with regard to your query.

On our website, we will never request billing information.or other personal information excluding name and contact details.

Opting Out of Analytics

At present, we do not have the capability within our website to allow you to opt out of Analytics tracking for our website only. However if you want to opt-out, you can use the following browser add-on produced by our Analytics provider -

3rd Party Sharing

We do not supply any data collected to any 3rd party with the exception where those nominated 3rd parties of Armalon Ltd are directly required in the operation of its website, online services or provision of its sales & manufacturing services to our customers.

This does not include any sharing of data required as part of Armalon Ltd's legal compliance requirements, including those under the Firearms Act 1968 & subsequent amendments, or other disclosures exempt from UK Data Protection legislation.

Limitation of Liability

We will always do our very best to ensure your privacy is not compromised by us, that your information is stored securely and retained only for as long as we need this or is required for legal or financial compliance purposes. We however cannot accept responsibility where you supply other personal information where we do not request this.

For example, we will never request you to supply credit card information through our website. If however you supplied this in a contact form, we may only take reasonable steps to redact this information from our records.
